You should preferably download and use the tracker from an actual desktop or laptop computer equipped with a keyboard and a mouse.
Because the tracker won't work as conveniently from a phone or tablet and should only be done if you don't have an actual computer reliably available (it will also need the Google Sheets application installed or it may try and open as a PDF file or Microsoft Excel document instead)
The Google Sheets version is free to access and use, but requires a Google (Gmail) Account (which only takes a couple minutes to sign up for).
The Microsoft Excel version is a great alternative to those who are familiar with and/or prefer Microsoft Office.
