You must download and use the tracker from either a desktop, laptop, or larger-sized tablet equipped with a keyboard and mouse.
The tracker is not designed to be used from a phone or smaller-sized tablet, and will thus be very inconvenient and won't work well, so don't even bother trying to do that.
